Little things making a big difference
I noticed this comb-like apparatus and wondered what they were for. They are on the wheels of a medical device in a room, and the device needs to be rolled around the room a lot. The device also has a lot of cables. They push the cables so that the device can move quickly and without hindered its movement. I think this is a brilliant solution that dramatically enhances the experience of using this device.
Great customer experience is at all levels, from the strategic view all the way to operational details. It is true in the digital world as well. You can have the best strategy, but if your app or platform has annoying friction points, you won't have a great customer experience.
